The SOCAL FIT FORCE features informative meetings and workouts for those interested in Fitness, Figure, and/or Bikini pageants/competitions. These competitions are held by organizations such as Ms. Fitness, the Fitness Universe Pageant, the National Physique Committee (and the associated IFBB "Fitness Olympia"), Tri-Fitness, FAME, as well as several others.

The NPC Excalibur will be held on December 5, 2009.
If you're interested in competing, it's always a good idea to watch as many contests as you can so you can see the trends in the judging -- and MAYBE get an idea of what judges are looking for.
Prejudging starts at 10AM, tickets $30.
Finals start at 6:30PM, tickets $30 or $40.
