The SOCAL FIT FORCE features informative meetings and workouts for those interested in Fitness, Figure, and/or Bikini pageants/competitions. These competitions are held by organizations such as Ms. Fitness, the Fitness Universe Pageant, the National Physique Committee (and the associated IFBB "Fitness Olympia"), Tri-Fitness, FAME, as well as several others.

Congratulations to Tanji Johnson who placed 2nd at the Fitness Olympia this year!
Tanji has established a team of competitors called Save Fitness who can train together and support each other throughout the season. She coaches this team exclusively. Only members of the Save Fitness team can receive her services in all aspects of competition preparation -- training, posing, choreography, etc. Read more
