Looking for a way to re-invigorate your workout routine? Summer is going to sizzle with this fantastic new heart-pumping, calorie-burning workout!!

SeXercise is the first in a series of workouts that educates on and physically trains you for the art of lovemaking. Venus Ramos, M.D., is a physician and an elite personal trainer who has developed an aerobic high-intensity interval workout to functionally train your body to perform 10 sexual positions.

The workout has been specifically designed to challenge everyone, from the beginning exerciser to the advanced athlete, by pushing paricipants to their own personal limits. The result is a non-stop, fat burning exercise routine that creates a lean and toned physique and prepares you body to perform better in the bedroom.

We train for many aspects of our, sports, and even how to cook. Why not train for sex, a significant component of bonding in our personal relationships? You will not just get a total body workout, but an education which can make a genuine impact on your personal life. When you are educated and prepared, you can be confident. True beauty begins with inner confidence and THAT is the ultimate sexiness.


I am excited to be launching SeXercise classes in Beverly Hills! SeXercise class is held every Wednesday at 6:30PM. To introduce this new workout to the community, I am offering these classes FREE OF CHARGE - for a limited time only. The classes are designed for women, ages 18 and older. Although this class is meant to challenge even advanced exercisers, it's OK if you are a beginner because I offer modifications in the workout if you need them. Classes are 1-hour in duration and space is limited. So please RSVP now to reserve your spot. If all spots are taken, please join the Waiting List, as this event is cross posted with other Meetup groups and there may be spots available in those groups. You will be notified within 24 hours if there is a spot open for you.

LOCATION and PARKING: Building is on southwest corner of Canon Drive and Brighton Way. Take elevator to 3rd Floor. Valet parking is located off of Canon Drive and is free for duration of the class.


  • Wear athletic shoes and clothing.
  • Bring a towel, as you WILL sweat!
  • SmartWater and/or VitaminWaterZero will be provided.
