About FLASH THE DISTRICT - D.C. Flash Meetup Group
Flash the District is a Washington, D.C. area Adobe Flash User Group focusing on design and development for the Adobe Flash Platform. Topics include Adobe Flash (MX 2004, v8, v9 Public BETA and CS3), ActionScript 2.0, ActionScript 3.0, Flex Builder, the Flex SDK and various open-source Flash Development Applications.
There are no experience requirements for members of this group, we encourage all of those interested in Flash to attend. Whether you are just learning Flash or have been using it since the early years, we hope you will join us for discussion, collaboration, learning, sharing and good times.
This is a member run group, so anybody is welcome to offer suggestions for topics, tutorials and activities. If you are interested in doing a presentation at one of the meetups please e-mail me with your ideas.
