Do you remember when Jared Martinez (the FX Chief) came in and spoke about how much money he would make when he placed his trades? If not, it had a LOT to do with his ability to basket trade or trade with currency indexes (or indices for my English friends out there).

Basically, basket trading has everything to do with simplifying your trades with a mind to multiply your trading opportunities and ultimately, your trading wins.

It has everything to do with learning how the index is moving for a particular currency and learning how you could place more trades with this knowledge thus increasing your chances of success and trades with no more than a few easy steps.

In our next meetup, James Bishop is sharing how he uses index/basket trading to make his trades mean more and make more (without slaving away over too many charts).

James Bishop has been a friend of mine for years and he has just now started to teach more people his methods that he once kept mainly for close friends. He's stepping out and stepping up to the plate in our meetup to share with us and field our questions. He's been personally mentored by the FX Chief and Joshua Martinez and he fell in love with the Forex because he feels that "it is so much more advantageous for the average trader and it has less of the market manipulation that sometimes occurs in the stock market." He has traded stocks in the past for a number of years and he has been trading currencies for about a year and a half. He primarily focuses on indices and trend trading so I told him to bring his expertise and teach us a thing or two.
