Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental well-being and also develops inner physical awareness. Since this method strengthens and lengthens the muscles, it is also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and balance.
Come with an open mind and body.. and don't forget your mat!
