At this special Human Canvas event we are providing CRAYOLA FABRIC MARKERS. These markers let you create permanent designs on fabric without being toxic to your skin. Crayola Fabric Markers wash off of skin and hair with just soap and water. Crayola Fabric Markers are permanent on clothing if you place them in a hot dryer before washing.

HERE'S HOW THE HUMAN CANVAS EVENTS WORK!
Put on a white t-shirt or visit the local thrift store and buy one. Toss it on, come to the warehouse and let EVERYONE at the party use you as a Human Canvas and draw on your shirt with Crayola fabric markers while we group dance and hang out! If you are really feeling adventurous, wear some white pants, hats, gloves, shoes, accessories, you name it. Feel free to wear as much white you like! :)
TAKE HOME A UNIQUE WORK OF ART CLOTHING!
We are excited about using fabric markers instead of washable markers! It will be thrilling to see permanent works of art going home with everyone! :)
Here are a few important items about the event:

This event is for mature and thoughtful adults. Trust is the most valued attribute you can bring to the party. Think of it as both a family friendly and highly respectful environment when you draw on others.

We have high expectations for the men. We expect the men to bring their most gentlemanly behavior to the event and to treat the women (and each other) with a high level of respect and honor.

If you have a phobia about people touching you, this might not be the right event for you :) Writing on someone's shirt is much like writing on a piece of paper. You hold the paper with one hand and you write with the other hand. At this event, both men and women are going to be drawing on your clothes.

This is not a couple's dance. At Paint Dancing events, we encourage everyone to draw and dance together as a group. Do you remember the last scene of the hit movie Foot Loose? Everyone was dancing together as a group because they were all great friends! This is the environment that we desire to create.

People on dates are always welcome to our events. Please note that a lot of other people are going to be writing on both of you, so you might want to ask your date if this is something they would enjoy :)

This event is private and only open to people (and members of groups) we have invited and their friends. You must be 21 or older to attend.
The cost of this exciting wild new event is only $15 per person.
Why the slight increase? Crayola Fabric Markers are more expensive that their everyday washable markers and go about half as far. Plus with this new event, you will go home with wonderful unique works of art clothing.
Please bring WINE and other beverages to share with everyone.
Your party foods are welcome! We will have one large table set up outside just for food. Please bring anything you like. Every little bit helps.
We're going to open the garage doors to bring in fresh air and expand the space!
This event is greatly enhanced by our ultra mega watt sound system in the warehouse. The speakers alone tower to nearly 7 feet! No worries on the volume, we have free ear plugs for anyone wanting to dial down the volume and you will be able to flow freely to the outside as things heat up.
There are several groups promoting this event. We are planning a sold out crowd.
This event is guaranteed to become the photo opportunity of a lifetime! Don't worry if you can't find the right outfit in time. Just grab a white T-shirt or anything white and join-in on all the crazy fun of the Human Canvas White Shirt & Magic Marker Paint Dance!

REGARDING PARKING:
We have 4 parking lots within a block of the building that are reserved for this event.
To help the parking flow well for everyone, please consider going to Ivar's Salmon House for their famous Happy Hour before you come to our party.
Ivar's is a block away and located RIGHT on Lake Union. They have a large parking lot and the view is fantastic from their huge floating deck. If you lay your receipt on the windshield of your car, you can continue parking in their lot during our event without any concern. Ivar's is the perfect location to watch the sunset on the city.
