Greetings Brothers and Sisters,
Last Friday,[masked], the popular sporting goods company NIKE, installed 3 kiosks of the NIKE PLUS program along the Manhattan bikeway.
Two of the kiosks are along our regular biking and jogging route along Hudson River:
1) at Pier 66 (West Street and 26th West Street) just off the bike-jogging path (with British flag on the side)
2) at Pier 84 (West Street and 41st West Street) just off the bike-jogging path (with Italian flag on the side)
The third kiosk is on the East River bike-jogging path:
3) at Stuyvesant Cove Park (East 23rd Street and FDR drive) just off the bike-jogging path (with Chinese flag on the side)
When passing by these NIKE PLUS kiosks get your FREE NIKE PLUS card.
Scan your card each time you pass by the kiosks.
Each scanning is going to give you points against NIKE PLUS program.
Another opportunity along the bike way is the free ferry boat to Governors Island. It is free and it takes only 8 minutes to get to the island from Manhattan.
You can take your bicycle with you on the ferryboat but if you do not have bicycle, you can rent on the island from Bike and Roll.
Also every Friday, Bike and Roll offers free bicycles to the visitors of the island.
