"Who would you be without your story?" (Byron Katie)

The Work of Byron Katie is a simple, yet powerful meditative process of self-inquiry that is available to anyone whose mind and heart are open to finding peace. The Work is a tool for identifying and questioning the stressful thoughts and beliefs that cause all of the fear, pain, and suffering in the world.

The 4 Questions of The Work are a meditation, and serve as a bridge between the egoic mind and your inner wisdom/heart, where you discover what is really true for YOU (not necessarily what the world would tell you is "the truth").

“The Work of Byron Katie is like a razor-sharp sword that cuts through illusion.”

-Eckhart Tolle

When you're stressed in one area of your life, it effects ALL areas of your life.

This happens because the world as you perceive it to be, is a reflection of your own thinking coming back at you. But only 100% of the time. If you loved everything you thought, would you have a problem? Question what you're believing in the moment, and experience freedom from your fears!

Every "stressful" situation is an opportunity, as an entry-point to peace. The Work applies to any stress related to:

    Self-Worth / Value

    Addictive / Mindless Habits

Loss / Death of a loved one

Health / Illness / Chronic Pain

All Fears (social fears, snakes, flying, dying, etc.)

We are an ACTIVE Meetup

I invite you to participate in our community if you are seeking a more peaceful existence. This group provides a non-therapy environment where you can truly be yourself, free from the judgment of others.

Together, we work through our stressful thoughts to unveil the peace that is always present (though you may be blind to it when feeling stressed). The Work removes the "blinders" (your fearful/stressful thoughts) as your Truth outweighs your suffering.

We meet weekly in the Denver area.

Invest in your Well-Being

We invest in houses, cars, clothing, and our bodies, but seldom do we invest in our mental health. Everyone gets stressed in their daily lives, yet we often submit to victimization, and do not take responsibility to improve the aspects of our lives that are unfulfilling or holding us back from living the life we dream of!

I invite you to The Work - a profoundly simple tool that you can use to eliminate stress in any area of your life, simply by looking inside yourself for your own truth in the moment. Don't take my word for it!

About Bryan Clark, MA

As a Mindset Coach and Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, I help people end the wars with loved ones, by ending the war within. Communication is the key! Improve your listening skills, and learn how to authentically speak your truth - even when it terrifies you.

Experience you entire life shift, as you return home to YOU!

I have studied the mind for over 20 years, and have facilitated The Work since 2009. When I work with private clients, couples, or attendees at my Meetups, my job is to hold a space for your self-inquiry. I serve as a guide on your inward journey, ensuring that your ego does not distract your focus. In essence, my job is like training wheels - eventually you ride off into inquiry on your own!
