Hi there ~ I'm Kim Pratt, Your Friendly Frugal Fashionista!
Are you ready to get inspired? Are you ready to go shopping and update your wardrobe without breaking the bank? Don't shop!!! SWAP! At our "Swap Til' You Drop' Clothing Swap Events you can meet with locals to swap the cool clothes you no longer want or need. No cash traded, just clothes, shoes, accessories & now even extra goodies too! (small household items!!!)

Are you a Recessionista Fashionista? Let's not allow our economy to get us down! Not only is a clothing swap an awesome excuse to organize our closets, get rid of stuff we no longer want, and gather a group of like minded people together for an afternoon of fun or evening of food and cocktails. It's an opportunity to gain entirely free new-to-you outfits, accessories and shoes! What's better than that? I'll tell ya! Any unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity. I'm a huge supporter of domestic violence & sexual assault victims & survivors. We will support other causes as well but this is our groups main focus.

We are a philanthropic group working on our 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization status- but HEY! That doesn't mean that you can't use our group to gain exposure and get new clientele for your business! We're always looking for talented fashionista's to spoil our guests at our swaps so if you or someone you know is in the fashion industry, is a make-up artist, hairstylist, massage therapist, any sort of beauty or wellness professional, runway model, photographer, videographer, reporter, dj, caterer, chef, fortune teller, card reader, etc. We are welcome to all ideas and will happily promote any business who sponsors our group with fever! We're on several social networking sites so the opportunities for growth and exposure are limitless!

Due to personal family issues, I have taken a step back from running the group and Dianna-Nicole has been appointed as your acting organizer until things calm down. All questions, concerns and ideas should be directed to her in my absense.

Aleasia & I have been working very hard behind the scenes to turn the Frugal Fashionista Clothing Swap into an official 501 (C)(3) Non-Profit Organization of our very own. While we still and will continue to support organizations like the Bethany House, we have great ideas to help the victims of domestic and sexual violence and abuse directly. We need your support in making this happen! Come to the swaps and buy raffle tickets to help raise money for our cause! Not necessary, but encouraged! Thanks so much! You are all wonderful spirits!
