Afternoon hike in Ojai, Leader's Choice, 5-8 miles

Hike of leader's choice, different every week. There are several different, scenic trails in the River Preserve and Wednesday we will hike up the Wills Canyon Trail to Oso Ridge Trail circling around to Chaparral Crest Trail and back to the parkling lot. Est. total time: 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. Let's keep a brisk pace on this hike - 3 m.p.h. is good!

Terrain: Could be single track, fire road, rock hopping on river, some brushy trails.

Bring: Water, snack, first aid kit, trekking poles if you like using them.

Meeting Time: Arrive earlier and be ready to leave promptly at 2:00PM. We'll leave when everyone arrives and wait for you until 2:00PM at the latest.

Meeting Place: Riverview Trailhead on Rice Road Ojai. It's on west side, opposite horse stables, 0.3 miles north of West Lomita Ave.
