Room for Rent

Hello there, furries of Washington! Guess what: I'm NOT messaging about NEEDING a room! How's that for a twist? XD

But in all seriousness. The location I'm living in. We're kinda hurting a bit for income. Bills and such. So... we have decided we need a 3rd roommate to fill the 3rd room we have here.

Specs: The room is 500 a month. So if you're on welfare, you've got enough of an income to make it. The 500 is just itself. No deposit, no paying for utilities. It's all bundled in. Pets are welcome, as long as they're house trained. Also, we'd like to meet the pet in question. If it's a cat/dog, want to know if they'll be willing to actually be here. Smoking is okay, but only either front or back yard. Drinking is okay, but please don't come home drunk if you've got a choice. If you have to, just please keep yourself as civil as possible. And lastly: drugs. Don't want them in the house. If you have them, keep them in your vehicle/friend's house/under a rock outside. Just not inside. And don't light up near the house. We tolerate cigarette smoke because we've dealt with it for a bit with other roommates. Having your own vehicle isn't required... but it's definitely a plus. If you are on welfare, we would highly suggest applying for a food stamp card if you have not already done so, to help with groceries. At the rent you'll be paying, you'll get an extra 200 dollars in food stamps. We make Costco runs about once a month. If you have a Costco Card, it definitely helps.

That's all that I can really think of off the top of my head. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to e-mail me so as to avoid spamming the FurLife mailing list. My e-mail is [address removed] and I check it often.

Thank you for seeing this, and hope to talk with you all soon.

"Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me Majinonifox1."
