Ivan Safrin is an interactive artist and game developer, known for several games including Space Cruiser and BitWorld. Until recently, he was the sole developer of Polycode, a framework for developing cross-platform games and writing creative code.

In today’s golden age of accessible game development, a seemingly countless array of easy to use game development frameworks are making it easier than ever to make your own games. Ivan is here to show you why you shouldn't be using any of them.
