Sac Jam #07 Lets stop talking about games and make them!

  • August 18, 2012 · 1:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Just like in the previous Game Jam the time period will be all about making games! Then at the end of the day we will present each of the games the teams created.

Everything officially starts at 1pm, but if you like the doors will be open at 12pm so you can come a little early and mingle if you like!

1:00pm - 1:30pm meetup introduction/theme announced/break up into teams

1:30pm - 2:00pm mingling/team breaking

2:00pm - 7:45pm build games

7:45pm - 8:00pm clean up for presentation

8:00pm - 8:30pm present games

9:00pm - 9:30pm group discussion on the game jam

Who can come

Although you can still come if you are a designer, or an idea person, please make sure you bring some paper or something to be productive. The time is limited and needs to be spent building not chatting ;-)

I have made a post about something should and shouldn't be doing at the jam, make sure to check that out as well! CLICK HERE!

Good times. Good people. Shame that others didn't show like they said they would. We need that sort of consistency from those who really "say" they want to do more.

Unfortunately I'll be saving the world...again. Someday I'll give up my super hero / military mantle to the younger generation and say, "tag, ur it."

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
