This is an attempt to gather role-playing-game players on the New Jersey side of the greater Philadelphia area. In particular, this group is aimed at gamers in and around Cherry Hill, NJ and the surrounding towns in Camden County, Burlington County & Gloucester County, NJ, or even Philadelphia County, PA.
Whether you're in PA or NJ, you're more than welcome to join & play--we just want to do have some love over here. ;)
GOTCHA is for those who are seeking other players and gaming groups to get together for Dungeons & Dragons (all editions), Shadowrun, Earthdawn, Vampire, Werewolf, Star Wars, GURPS, Heroes Unlimited or any RPG that you currently play or want to play!
Think of this MeetUp as a match-making site for "Gamers Seeking Games, Games Seeking Gamers" in your local NJ/PA area.
We have players or GMs looking for games in: D&D, Star Wars, Shadowrun, Vampire, Werewolf, Earthdawn, Marvel or DC Heroes, GURPS, MERPS, and other Role Playing Games.
Whether you are 40+ and have been playing D&D for decades, or if you're new and just wanting to get into gaming, this should be the place to meet. Here you can discuss the games you're in, or the games you want to start up with local members in your area.
This is a place for GMs to post games with openings, and players to organize groups of their own.
If you have a game, or are looking for a game in the GOTCHA area, post the details and organize a game!
GOTCHA will be driven by its members, so it's up to you to try to find fellow gamers, and try to set up games.
GOTCHA has no ties to any local gaming store or facility, so you're free to play where you like.
MeetUp charges a monthly subscription for this site, so while there's no fee to join, finding sponsors or donations will ensure that GOTCHA stays up and running.
Feel free to use the various materials under the 'Promote' tab to post fliers with tear-offs, postcards, etc.--whatever you want or can do to help, know that all your help is greatly appreciated!
