Detox your mind, body and spirit!
Join Sarah Thomas Gulden in a two-hour yoga detox workshop, building heat and twisting through vigorous asanas and breathing techniques to sweat out toxins and direct energy up and out. She will discuss other ways to detox at home, and provide specific energetic practices to cleanse the chakras.
However, if we detox only to immediately refill with the same negativity, we haven't accomplished much. In this unique, integrated approach we will address the concept of sitting fearlessly with emptiness and space. What are you holding on to that no longer serves you? Could we be so used to holding on that what we're really resisting now is the silence? If we give ourselves the gift of space, what beautiful things could grow from there?
What you'll learn:
• Practice will first be active to vigorously purify and release, then grow more "yin"-influenced to explore and allow us to sit with the space we've created
• Meditation and pranayama (breathing) techniques will integrate with the energetic bodies
• Take home practical diet/fasting tips as well as new insights into a successful, lasting detoxification program.
