CSS3 is finally at a point where a majority of browsers support the effects. Patrick Rauland will guide us through some progressive enhancements (from the subtle to the overt) we can all make to our sites to give our users a better experience. He will go over tools to detect the available CSS options as well as tools to help us write CSS3 effects with appropriate fallbacks.
Patrick is an interactive developer at burnham richards. In addition to being an active member of the Web920 meetup, Patrick also is an organizer of the Appleton WordPress meetup (https://www.meetup.com/Appleton-WordPress/).

The Web920 crowd begins to arrive around 5:30pm to network, buy food and drinks, set up the space and take their seats for the presentation which begins at about 6pm. After the presentation wraps up, there is time for question and answers with the presenters, and attendees may stay for more networking and discussion about future meetup topics.
