Thanks for the SmartWatch! It's a neat concept and I'll definitely try writing apps for it. Seems very useful for times you can't look at your phone (like in the car).

Thank you for the host, CL
It was worth driving an hour during traffic to check SONY's SmartWatch. Thank you for the nice presentation, Anupam.

36mmx36mm size is big enough to support HMI by a thumb and/or a index finger, but NOT by inconsistant voice command yet.

SmartWatch could be a new Car-Key and IVI command controller with a voice affirmation from the target smart devices.
Battery life is the most important basic requirement as a watch.
Wireless power charge might helpful, but I think it is beter to appeal this cool device NOT as a watch.

The following are so called watch.
There are several minimum requirements for watch lovers.

I recommend SONY to appeal not as a watch for a success.
    Let's see..
    S-Key (Sony SmartKey), "SmartAccessory", "SmartPendant",
    "SmartCommandar", "SmartUI", "SmartController", etc...
    How do you think?

Anyway, I like the gadget and I want the product will be successful.

My only feedback as a casual consumer is that the watch should probably have had a speaker/mic - I know it's a BT display / KVM device, but it would be sorta cool as a Dick Tracy watch even it was still BT to the phone.

Couldn't look any more goofy to have people talking to their wrists than it does watching them talk to empty air with their headsets on :)

Thank you to Anupam/Sony for the SmartWatch. I've got it set up on my Android phone with great apps like Planetarium, Lunar Phase, GPS View and Find Phone and it works great. As always, a big thanks to CL for a great job of organizing another excellent event.

@Speaker : Can you post some links to dev docs for the Smart Watch Addon SDK? Examples of what people have created so far. I'm really interested but the link above goes to the product page.
