Oktoberfest on Bainbridge Island
Bainbridge Waterfront Park, 301 Shannon Dr., Bainbridge, WA, USOktoberfest time! Join us as we journey across the Sound to celebrate Oktoberfest on Bainbridge Island. Besides the normal festivities, looking forward to hearing the Bavarian Beer Garden Band. Entry to the festival is free.

https://bavarianbeergarden.band/For those that want to take public transportation, we will meet at the South Bellevue Light Rail station at 12:30 pm. We will board the light around 12:45 pm. We'll walk from the Pioneer Square station to the ferry dock (~10 min. walk). Our goal is to take the 2:10 pm Seattle to Bainbridge ferry.
Or, you can walk on or drive on the ferry and meet us on at the Waterfront Park on Bainbridge around 3:00 pm. Bavarian Beer Garden Band starts at 5:00 pm.

Oktoberfest - Steindash 5K and festivities (*Entry fee required*)
Puyallup Fairgrounds, 110 9th Ave SW, Puyallup, WA, USWhy not celebrate Oktoberfest by doing a 5K. Run, walk, stroll - whatever you'd like to do is all good. And there will be beer stops along the way because, of course, it's Oktoberfest. OR, if you don't want to walk/run, just join us for the Oktoberfest activities after the 5K event.

- A Stein Dash Race Shirt

- 3 On-Course Beer Stops
- Free Entry Into Oktoberfest
Event takes place at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup. Register online. We'll meet inside the fairgrounds at 9:45 am next to the big tree right inside of entrance at the Blue Gate. Price is about $43 including a processing fee and tax.
I will be walking the route and will be signing up for Wave #2 that starts at 10:20 am. Feel free to sign up for any of the three waves.
After the race, we'll all meet up in the main hall for the Oktoberfest festivities.
I will provide updates in the chat of this posting prior to the 5k when we arrive and after the 5K when we are inside the Hall. So is you want to know where we are and/or have questions, please check or post in the chat.
DAY OF RACE TIMELINE
9:00 am – Day of Race Registration & Packet Pickup Opens
10:00 am – Stein Dash 5K - WAVE 1 Start
10:20 am – Stein Dash 5K - WAVE 2 Start (*I will be walking in this group*)
10:40 am – Stein Dash 5K - WAVE 3 Start
11:00 am – Oktoberfest NW in the Main Hall opens
12:00 pm – Kids ½ Mile Root Beer Run (Race will start after 5K participants have finished)
