Classes are now given at World Gym in Rego Park, Queens with Trinity wed 6-7pm /20.00 per class.
Forming a 30min bootcamp group twice a week on Tues at 7pm and Saturdays at 8am 10.00 per 30 min near 191st street in Fresh Meadows, Queens (Cunningham Park). LEts shake off the pounds together!
