ECSTATIC DANCE TEMPLE: (Dance meditation with live drumming, percussion & voice).
A moving experience; a way to dance, journey & express yourself freely; a timeless dance based experience that uses movement, rhythm & breath as a route to stillness, healing & joy!

An uplifting & evocative selection of tribal dance tracks accompanied by live musicians using African & Cuban drums & percussion as well as voice to guide you on your unique journey.

All dances conclude with a beautiful sound bath including didge, ocean drum, tibetan singing bowls, dulcimer & voice.

No steps to learn, simply surrender, follow the beat & breathe. Let Rhythm Be Your Guide!
