Program of the session:

• Brief introduction of Oneness to new friends
• Short Oneness teaching on selected topic.
• Group Meditation (e.g. Ananda Mandala, or Chakra Dhyana)
  if we have enough time:
• Giving of Deeksha (Oneness Blessing) to each other or Oneness Meditation (OM)
• Individual sharing / Q&A / group collective prayer
