Running in a group is one of the best ways to knock out those long runs while training for a marathon.

We'll start with some easy mileage and work our way up to a fall marathon. 

We will do some easy 2 mile maintenance runs until about April. From April until October we will begin upping the mileage until we are ready to run a fall marathon!
