Interfaith Leadership Forum - Gaithersburg : Faithfully Picking-up the Potomac

Our featured speaker will be Dottie Yunger of the Chesapeake Covenant Community, a great resource for ideas and inspiration. During this event, we will be planning a coordinated trash pickup event April 14th, a Potomac wide event led by the Alice Ferguson Foundation. It would be great to have various faith communities all out on this one day picking up their own section of the Muddy Branch, or local watershed, in coordinated effort. We will also be sharing within the meeting the efforts of faith communities in their local area. This should be a great event to learn ideas you can share within your own community.
