New December Meeting: Invest When Everyone Else is Running Scared!!

I will be adding one or two speakers to the line-up this meeting, who will introduce alternative contrarian investing strategies and opportunities.
Please join us to learn more about buying cash-flowing multi-family, single-family, and business properties in growing markets. I have been researching in the U.S. during the last year. Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the presentation will start promptly at 7:00 pm.
I will teach the six profit centers of real estate and how you can use them to create safe, profitable investments. We will also review the current financial crisis in the U.S. I will facilitate group discussions on current issues affecting real estate in different regions of the U.S..
