June Growth Hacking Meetup (with Ankur Nagpal)

The June meetup will feature a presentation and Q&A with Ankur Nagpal, who we'd like to welcome to New York. Ankur has launched Facebook applications with a reach of over 200M users and was a recent presenter at the Growth Hacker Live conference on the west coast.

Ankur was the largest individual developer in the history of the Facebook platform, with over 10,000 applications and a reach of upwards of 200M users. Ankur has been featured in numerous industry blogs as well as mainstream publications such as Business Week for earning millions of dollars on the social Internet.

As a lifelong cricket fan and former international level athlete, Ankur headed up product at Live Current Media's cricket.com (http://cricket.com/) and helped purchase the digital rights to the Indian Premier League from the Board of Control for Cricket in India for $50 million while pursuing a simultaneous degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, and Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.

Upon graduation, Ankur co-founded Leveraged LLC and consulted on user growth for a myriad of leading companies in the consumer Internet space including Glu Mobile, Electronic Arts, Betable, Fremantle Media and GameDuell.

For these meetups, we're going to foster a place where startups, marketers and technologists can discuss ways to take advantage of using the web to distribute.
