Tech interview prep

Every morning at Hack Reactor starts with a short drill problem, usually covering fundamental algorithms and data structures. We're opening our doors this week to help you prep for your next tech interview, and if you're brave, you can test your mettle in the hot seat.

Tech interviews have a structure, and the more familiar you are with it, the better you'll do. We'll go over that structure, explain the patterns you'll see in all the questions, and give you a prioritized list of the highest-value prep work to do.

Things will start with an exhibition interview or two between a senior engineer and a volunteer, then break into groups for practice with representative interview questions and problem solving.

We'll provide questions, feedback on how the volunteers are doing, and how they could do better--but this will be an active night of practice and demos, so get ready to get your hands dirty.

Facilitator - A Hack Reactor instructor will lead the session.

About Hack Reactor:
We teach a twelve-week, in-person, immersion course on software engineering, the web, and JavaScript. Our students are a mix of aspiring and current developers who want to invest in web fundamentals. They go through a rigorous application process that screens for drive, intellect, and empathy.

Our students all work as software engineers.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
