6 pm - 8:30 pm -- Panel presentation and discussion, followed by reception to meet and chat with editors
A panel of featured editors opens the event. A reception follows, where writers, panelists and more editors can mingle and talk shop. The evening aims to foster new connections between editors and writers covering science, medicine and related areas.

Location: The Northeastern University Visitors Center is easy to reach near the main campus entrance -- a half block from the "E" Green Line Northeastern subway and two blocks from the Ruggles station (commuter rail and orange line service). Detailed directions for driving and public transportation, as well as free parking permits, will be sent in the registration confirmation email.
