September meetup

This month's panel will be a "Hacker Panel" which will take place in Denver.

After hearing about tech challenges from the newsmaker panel in August, it's clear Colorado has a shortage of programmers in every industry, and local journalism faces serious competition from more financially stable ones. So what will it take for digital journalism projects to compete?

This panel will offer honest, direct feedback from hackers with a genuine curiosity or background/experience in journalism.

If inspiration strikes, this could be the spark that ignites our chapter's inaugural Hackathon (our October meetup date falls on a Saturday, so it's ideal timing).
