Let's gather at the Phoenicia nearby (look for the red balloons on our table). If you are not familiar with the Phoenicia, it is a bar on one side and a grocery on the other. I will be in the seating area that connects the two spaces. We will be walking over to the park at 6:15pm.
Admission is free.
We will be sitting in the bring-your-own-chair section on a grassy hill. Please bring a camping chair or blanket/beach towel to sit on. No seating is provided. It is also suggested to bring your own snacks and beverages as well as bug spray. No glass containers allowed. Public restrooms are available.
Downtown offers free metered street parking after 6:00PM on weekdays so it is only necessary to pay until 6:00PM (do not park by the red ones). There are some surface lots which have drop boxes (cash only in the exact amount), and some surface lots which have attendants (do not give money to an attendant unless they display a photo work badge). Garage parking is available for a charge.
