Please bring your own yoga mat, a scarf/ metre-long fabric, water & towel. And come with a (relatively) empty stomach!
I will lead a full hour beginner's yoga session at my boyfriend's Praxis. There are enough space for 2 students & me so please only rsvp if you know you will make it. No experience with yoga needed and I will walk you through the postures step by step. This particular session will be focused on a lot of stretching (back and hips) to release the poor muscles from sitting at work all day. Breathing and focus are also crucial elements here. There will also be guided visualizations and you will walk away relaxed, centered and in tune with your body, and mentally clear. This is a preliminary course where stretching is the main focus so please do not expect a strenuous workout. If you wish to try something more intense and with strenghth, I am leading the ashtanga yoga class right afterwards. :)
Please note that I am not a professional instructor but I just want to share my love and the benefits of yoga with you :) I have taught yoga this summer and it was really well-received!
I am requesting 9fr per lesson but it is ultimately up to you if wish to contribute more if you really enjoyed it or less if your budget doesn't allow so. All is cool with me.
