Want to practice your Korean? Want to practice your English? We usually meet twice a month in downtown Vancouver to exchange language and culture between our members! Our language exchange is usually about two hours long. This is for people who are serious about learning the language. During each of the two hours, we partner you up randomly with someone that could assist you on learning English/Korean and practice speaking what you've already learned. This model helps improve listening and speaking skills. If you wish to focus on grammar, we recommend you taking instructional classes at various educational institutions. Come join us at our next event!

Events are updated on the calendar and emailed to everyone so please be sure to check your email often.

Origin of "Hi Vancouver" name:

This was borrowed from the "Hi Seoul" festival in Seoul Korea in 2006. Check it out... http://www2.hiseoulfest.org/EN/USR_main.asp??=MAIN/index

—A former member

It was nice to meet new members. And we enjoyed the great sunny weather at Stanley Park. Hope to do this again.
