hike Corral Canyon

Greetings All the next hike is going to be to Corral Canyon. This hike is good for beginners. It is 2.5 miles in length and it is a loop, we start and end in the same place. E elevation gain/loss is given as 400 ft. To get there take the 10 west to where it ends and turns into Pacific Coast hwy. Take PCH North 13.8 miles to Malibu Seafood Fresh Fish market. This market is 1.8 miles past Malibu Canyon Rd and .5 miles before Corral Canyon Rd. Parking is in the lot which is 5 dollars or on PCH which is free. I recommend parking on PCH the lot is really small. When you see the Malibu Fish market pull over and park as close to the fish market as you can on PCH. DO NOT park in the spaces immediately in front of the Fish market or right next to it, those are for the fish market customers.
Bring plenty of water and sunscreen, we should finish by noon. Dogs are allowed on the trail, but remember it is likely to be very warm on that day according to current forecasts. Hope to see you there Norman
