Parker Mesa overlook

Greetings All my next hike will be to Parker Mesa overlook. The write up says it has great view of the surrounding area. The hike is 6.4 miles round trip 400 foot elevation gain loss. The trail is something of a rollercoaster, uphill than down hill, then uphill again. To get there take the 10 west to where it turns into Pacific Coast Hwy. Go North. Take PCH to Topanga Canyon Bl. Turn right onto Topanga Canyon Bl and go to Entrada Rd and Turn right and go to the Trippet Ranch Entrace to the Park. It is near the end of Entrada road. Parking there is 10 dollars.   Hope to see you there Normn

My apologies to all for the delayed responses. The hike will be about 3.5 hours long. I did it in just under 3. There is free parking outside of the park entrance on entrada road,if you park off the pavement. You would then need ot walk into the parking lot and meet the group there at the trail head. No dogs allowed. Hope to see you there

Anyone want to carpool from downtown Santa Monica? Would save quite a bit of money. Would love to bike to Santa Monica and then go on the hike too!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
