Talepop Trail Loop

Greetings All my next hike is goingto be the Talopop trail loop in the Santa Monica Mountains. To get there take the 10 west to the where it becomes Pacific Coast Hwy. Take PCH north to Malibu Canyon road. Turn right on to Malibu Canyon road. Malibu Canyon Road becomes Los Virgenes Road. When you get to Mullholland hwy turn left onto mullholland hwy. The Trailhead is marked North Grasslands Trail. It is just past the bridge after turning left onto Mullholland Hwy. Park anywhere on the road as far over to the right as you can get after the bridge. I will be standing at the Trailhead sign wearing my green fedora. Trailhead is on the right side of the road. Trial is about 4 miles long and 400 foot elevation gain/loss. No dogs allowed. Trail can be steep in parts. Bring water it might be warm. Hope to see you there. Norman
