Hike Newton Canyon

Greetings All My next hike is going to be to Newton Canyon in the Santa Monica Mtns. To get there take the 10 west to where it becomes Pacific Coast hwy. take pch north to Kanan-Dume Rd. Go Right. Immediately after the tunnel there will be a parking lot on the left. Park there, it is the trailhead. This hike is okay for beginners, 250 foot gain/loss some steep parts. Hike is 5 miles long 2.5 there and 2.5 back. It is likely to be warm as it is now summer, bring plenty of water. hope to see you there Norman
