Paramount Ranch

Greetings All my next hike will be July 1, to Paramount Ranch, an old back lot for paramount studio. This place still has a western town prop still standing and quiet elaborate. It will be the starting and ending point of a loop hike. To get there take the 10 freeway west to where it ends Santa Monica and becomes PCH. Follow PCH northwest for 13 miles to Malibu Canyon Road. Turn right and drive up the canyon for 6.3 miles to Mulholland Highway. Turn left and drive 3.2 miles west to Cornell Road (Opposite Lake Vista Drive). Turn right and drive a quarter mile to the entrance of Paramount Ranch. The entrance to Paramount ranch is the second driveway. Turn right into this one. The hike itself is 2 miles long with no more than 50 feet elavation gain/loss, bring water it will be warm. We will most likely be done by 11:30 AM. Hope to see you there Norman
