Hi, Joyce
This is Irene, you could count on me - my home is open and spacious. Its a condo unit located near by Blendon Woods
However, it might be the "the worse case scenario", as currently it is under some construction work on the patio. Supposedly, it will  be all done by Thanksgiving (hopely earlier), but if the deck will be rebuilt depends on weather.

Hi Everyone!
Sorry if this email is a duplication . . . my computer acted stupid so I wasn't sure if it was sent or not, so . . .
Are you orphaned this Thanksgiving with no where to spend the holiday?  Or would you prefer to spend some time with friends?  I'm opening up a conversation via this email to explore a couple of possibilities.
First possibility -- Is there anyone who would be willing to open up their home for a few hours for a Thanksgiving potluck with friends -- maybe 5, maybe 20??  Maybe meet up mid-afternoon, eat around 4:00-5:00, play some cards, watch a movie, etc.
Second possibility -- If the first idea doesn't happen, then I'm prepared to make a reservation for 20 people at a nice restaurant for a holiday buffet, i.e., Salvi's or Confluence Park.  These two restaurants both run about $25+/- for an all-you-can-eat buffet.  We could meet for a walk/hike and then have dinner around 4:00.
If anyone is willing to hold a potluck at their home please email me through the HikeOhio meetup site and we'll discuss options and possibilities . . . or if you like the restaurant idea let me know that too.  If I don't hear from anyone in the next week regarding the potluck, then I'll post the restaurant idea as a meetup.
Joyce, HikeOhio
