Bandera Mountain is a 5,200 ft summit on the edge of the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. This is a great hike that is less than an hour from Seattle. The route follows the well maintained, and very popular, Mason Lake Trail for the first 2.5 miles. The last mile, the trail climbs up a steep open meadow. At the top you will find breathtaking panoramic views.

Distance: 7 miles rt.
Elevation gain: 3,000ft.
Rating: strenuous.
Pace: moderate.

Carpool:
We will meet eastgate P&R located near eastgate at 8.00 AM.We will leave East gate P&R at 8.00 AM.

Directions.
Note: A Northwest Forest Pass is required to park at the trail head.

Please bring plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
