Feeling that urge to get out and do something physical in the great outdoors that we are so fortunate to have on our doorstep? Do you have a really weird schedule, and can't always get out on weekends, but have free days in the week? Do you love hiking, scrambling, trail running, snowshoeing, skiing, kayaking, or even roller blading? Do you prefer smaller groups? Then this group is for you! Our focus is on hiking and trail running, but anything physical and outdoorsy is good!
We have done some amazing hikes this year, like Cloudburst Mountain, Tricouni Peak, Tomyhoi Peak in Washington State, Spahat Ridge, Needle Peak, Frosty Mountain, Wedgemount Lake, Mount Cook, Williams Ridge, Mount Cheam, Coliseum, Panorama Ridge, Metal Dome, Mount Windsor, Seagram Ridge, Mount Harvey, Mount Brunswick, the Lions, and many, many more! We also did tons of backcountry snowshoeing in the winter. Check out our photo albums!
Most of our trail runs are on the North Shore, but we also sometimes get to Burnaby Mountain, Stanley Park, Pacific Spirit, Elfin Lakes, Garibaldi, Buntzen Lake, etc. Runs range from one hour to five hours, and we run rain or shine.
We are a group of volunteers (not professional guides and not hike leaders) who are in love with the outdoors, and invite you to join us - on weekdays or on weekends. However, you are responsible for yourself and your own safety.
