While following body movements coordinated to music, we repeat affirmations to ourselves and out loud so that the changes can transfer to the emotional, intellectual and spiritual level, as well as the physical.
Each session has a theme. This weeks theme is how to be less of a worrier and whiner and more of a warrior, someone who is able to persevere for what they want!
