Everything... Really can't make up my mind. If it is good I like it all.

I think I make a great Osso Buco, Lobster Bisque but anything with Salmon, rice, pasta or seafood. I don't cook a lot of meat so that is my weak spot. It is all in the ingredients.
I don't eat out a lot. I find most restaurants not worth the money you pay for them. Some restaurants like Capital Grill are really good, but for the money, I can cook better.
My ex-wife was a great chef. I learned from her and countless years of Julia Chiles, Jacques Pépin, Yang can Cook, Iron Chef, etc... Had cafe and bakery. Only cook for me or friends, I get invited to parties a lot because they want me to cook.
