Tina B is a friendly, sassy and mesmerizing hoop dancer. In this workshop, she'll teach you how to roll the hoop on the chest & back, plus Tina B will share transitions and mini-choreographies to stylize your personal hoop dance expression.

Kymtotally recharged my practice! Great, and easy to understand instruction with awesome upbeat music and plenty of practice time. The moves were so innovative! very impressed and TONS of fun :)
