Explore foundational and intermediate level moves of Hoopnotica® Hoop Dance while toning your abs, back, arms, hips, buns and legs, strengthening and opening your upper back and chest, increasing balance and getting a cardio workout! Each week you’ll master “tricks” and experience fitness drills, dynamic choreography and “free spin” time. Burn 400 calories an hour and feel great!
This class is great for beginners and provides a cardiovascular challenge for experienced Hoopers. Open to All including postpartum hoopers (with your physician’s consent).
Bring your own hoop, or rent ($1 cash please) or purchase one directly from the instructor.
