Charity and fitness. We are looking for runners of all interest levels to team together for fun, 5K's and the rock-n-roll 1/2 marathon in Nov.

Working as a group we support each others goals, offer discounted equipment and chairity support to disabled heroes that can't run. Also coaching and training tips for new and advanced runners

Welcome any and all runners and those looking to get started. Even walkers are welcome. We are here to help you meet your running goals and run as a club at events in the city and state!
