In other words, this is basically a place to organize Tweetups.
While most of the Tweetup talk happens on Twitter itself, obviously, this Meetup.com page will help facilitate more organization of these Tweetups around town. Using this Meetup.com group, Tweetup organizers can better keep track of RSVPs, Calendars, Tweetup Locations, and more.
