That means it's also time for our White Owl Gift Exchange (same as a white elephant gift exchange ... only Potterized). All presents must be HP themed (however loosely) and can be hand-made or store-bought. There's a $30 spending limit but you don't have to spend that much, just don't spend more. Read more
