Exploring the Path - "This Is My Voice"

What are the ways we hold ourselves back? What are the stories we tell ourselves to keep ourselves stuck? More importantly, how do we learn to let go of these and open ourselves to our true purpose, to develop and nurture our gifts and share them with each other and the world?

In our first meeting we'll explore the theme "This is My Voice", as we work towards identifying and enriching our own specific ways of knowing, of honoring, and of speaking our individual truths to ourselves and to the world.

Using centering exercises, guided meditation and visualization, we'll deepen our connection to source and listen closely to direction from the universe about where we are meant to go and what we can do right now to get there.

In the second hour, we'll share our healing gifts, intuitive insights and reflections, so that each will leave with with a sense of possibility and deepened spiritual connection.
