Cardio Core Boot Camp is Happy to present….
"Parents & Baby Work Out Program w/ fully certified trainer"
No Sitter needed..... You CAN achieve results with your baby in arms reach!
This Program is a WONDERFUL opportunity for you Mommies and Daddies to get out of the house, feel better about your bodies while spending time with your children.
Babies must be a Minimum 5 months old in buggy's, preferably "jogging stroller's" but not necessary.
This Cardio Core Parent & Baby Work out will include:
Cardio Drills
Power Walking
Strength Training ;
All the while Entertaining your child!!
You will need:
Hand Weights (3-5 pounds)
Yoga mats
We know the hardest part of any exercise program is getting started. You will be amongst good company as everyone will be facing similar challenges.
(Mothers at the postpartum stage will regain abdominal strength and balance.)
