Dynamic Wellness 3K Prediction Run/Walk

Our next 3K Prediction Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday May 26th, 2012. We can meet at 10am and the run starts at 10:30am.

Everyone will guess how fast they think they can complete the 3K distance, and the winner is the person whose guess is closest to their actual time.

Entry fee is $5 and the winner will get half the money. The other half of the money will be donated to the Arthritis Society.

Free 10 minute sports massages will be offered to all the competitors.

Hope to see you all there
