Hi friends! I’m really happy you’re joining us on our journey to wholesome, clean foods and environmental awareness. My hope is to create a local community of people who are excited about evolving to a toxic free, natural lifestyle. Together we can generate ideas toward a mindful approach to small choices we make in our everyday life, as well as build inspiration to empower ourselves to make lasting, positive changes in our world. Everyone embarks on their journey in a different place. Perhaps you’ve been green all your life, or just a sprout like me, I invite you to share your wisdom and ideas about alternative methods to a healthier life. After the realization that environmental toxins have such an impact on our health, I delved into research. The more I read, the more I realized I didn’t know. After learning about harmful additives, growth hormones, antibiotics, chemicals, and pesticides that are hidden in our food, besides Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO’s), I was not only shocked, but I was angry. I want to know the truth about my food and let others know too! So until food industries adopt truth in labeling and the FDA begins protecting the integrity of our food supply...I will eat clean, healthy, organic food. I’m not an expert by any means but I’m excited to learn and eager to share what I know. Who knows what this baby will grow into but let’s take our first steps! What we don’t know, can hurt us!
